Q: When will I receive my order?

Once you place an order on our website, we will review it immediately.

  1. Made to Order – Processing and handling can take up to at least 4 business days, plus 3-5 days standard shipping based on your location.
  2. Made to Stock – Processing and handling can take up to at least 2 business days, plus 3-5 days standard shipping based on your location.

** Majority of our products are “Print on Demand”, meaning we keep little to no inventory in stock. These orders fall within number 1 above.

**A tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

Q: How do I contact you?

Q: Can I pick up my order?

  • LaCru Clothing is an online-eCommerce store, so we do not have any physical storefronts.

Q: Why did I not receive a confirmation email for my order?

  • Confirmation emails are sent out automatically from our system.
  • If you have not received one, please check your junk/ spam folder.
  • To avoid further emails going into your junk/ spam folder, please mark our emails as safe sender or add us to your address book.

Q: What are the Shipping terms?

  • Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Customers will see the below options to select during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic confirmation email that will include your tracking number.
  • Keep in mind, the shipping clock starts when your order has shipped, not when placed. The estimated delivery days in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.
    1. Priority Shipping 1-2 Days
    2. Express Shipping 2-3 Days
    3. Standard Shipping 3-5 Days

Q: Can I get an item in a different color option that is not offered on the website?

  • Please send an inquiry to customerservice@lacruclothing.com before placing your order.
  • You will be instructed how to proceed if color option is available. 
  • An additional charge will be assessed depending on size and color. 

 

Q: Why does my product has a slight variation in color difference?

  • Due to variation in monitor settings, LaCru makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product.
  • Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or many settings such as your computer screen, resolution, color, tone, etc.
